Being envious of people from Luzon who gets like, a signal #1 and gets class suspension for all levels, while we Cebuanos still have to cross the Mactan channel through ferry boat at signal #2 just to get to Uni because Cebu City Mayor suspends classes only for elementary and public schools, and like, our private universities are too prideful to suspend.

All 16 Metro Manila cities, including Pasig City, announced the cancellation of classes for tomorrow, Tuesday, September 23, 2025, due to the effects of the enhanced southwes tmonsoon (habagat) and Super Typhoon Nando (international name: Ragasa).

‎CLASSES in all levels and GOVERNMENT WORK are SUSPENDED in the following areas on Friday, July 25, due to typhoons EmongPH (CoMay) & DantePH (Francisco) and southwest monsoon or habagat.

Some government offices will implement a hybrid work setup, according to DILG Sec. Jonvic Remulla.

This is the 5th consecutive day of suspensions due to inclement weather.
