Can’t Sleep? Try ASMR

When I first read an article about ASMR in Allure I found the whole thing weird. Than one night when I couldn't sleep, I decided to try one of these videos The first one I tried was ASMRrequests "An Esthetician Visit."

After ten minutes I was asleep. There is a reason this video has over a million views. Not only Is Ali (the girl in the video) super sweet, (she's like the big sister you wish you had) her voice is super relaxing. You truly feel like you are at a spa.

The next one I watched is what truly got me hooked. Usually I ignore the recommend videos on You Tube but this one intrigued me and I clicked . And all it took was a look from Jay and hearing his seriously hot accent. And I no longer found ASMR weird.

You know when you have a stressful day and have no one to talk to this is exactly what this video is for. Plug in your headphones and let Jay help you remove some of the stress from your life. Then click on his videos link and listen to him speak Italian. (I barely understood what he was saying but it sure sounded nice.)

Another one of my favorite ASMRtist is Anthony. He has the cutest Geordie accent . And he writes an amazing blog ( http://www.anthonyshock.co.uk/ ) filled with delicious recipes White Chocolate Nutella anyone? #YUM !

You know the friend that you want to be more than friends with Fred is that guy. Not only does he have kind eyes and the most calming voice. And who wouldn’t want to have tea with this sweet guy. (And yes I do have a thing for English guys, if you are wondering why I included so many of them.)

Since I can’t post more than five videos I will give some shout outs to other ASMRartists I found helpful and enjoyed listening to. Plus these ladies are great with a makeup brush. And the guys defintley should help you fall asleep peacefully .
