Wrapping up #asosoncampus with a summer edit up now 🌻⚡️🌸 soaking up my last rays before heading north 🗽🇺🇸 x @georgielevene @crystalmoura1
Florals for Spring? Groundbreaking.
As summer slowly approaches, there’s no doubt we are beach ready with a freshly purchased bikini in hand. Hold that thought- as spring is yet to be conquered, an awkward time of year for well, everything, urging the questions of how warm is it outside? When is that essay due? And most importantly, how many days till summer? For this reason alone, Spring dressing is inevitably hard, yet with a few quick tips you’ll be wishing it this time of year everyday. Let’s be honest, giving your wardrobe a complete season makeover is a princess’s problem, and particularly when mid-sem break gives you those extra few days off, the budget is tight. So students, this year we aren’t going full-turbo-spring-clean, and instead its all about re-wearing those favourite pieces for a spring setting. Layering is always key, and while we don’t need to rug up in our winter woolies, take your light knits and pair them with a summer dress, it’s a seasonal medium and the perfect excuse for a spring time outfit.

Layering with Lace
If it’s any time of the year, spring gives us an excuse for those vintage floral prints to make a statement, so embrace the paisley and the patterns. If it’s a summer-time crochet dress or pinafore, throw it over your favourite lace cami and pair it with a fresh pair of sneakers, because like the season itself, the ‘a-bit-of-everything’ attitude goes.
Colour Popin' in Culottes
Pastels are always a good idea, especially against those classic black bottoms. Next time you find yourself ‘umming’ and ‘ahhing’ over the to-die-for pants, embrace them along with those warm weather vibes, because there’s always a practicool solution. A pastel crop top over those culotte cut pants brings Spring dressing to the table.
Metallic Meets Monochrome
We can all agree preparing those beach bodies is a burden, so lets work our way into it with some soft layering, and don’t be afraid to mix up your prints and textures. Spring is all about the shine, all the more reason to move away from those monochromes you wore all winter long. Upgrade your knits with metallic and textures, because the A-line skirt is acceptable all year round.
Midi is the new Mini.
Like the season itself, it’s all about compromise and no better way than with that perfect midi skirt. For those who don’t do girly well, inject a bit of tom-boy vibes into the look with fresh white trainers or dress down your favourite leather bodice and pair it with the look.
Suit up this Spring!
There’s no denying that perfect suit-set is a wardrobe necessity, and it’s with a bit of next level layering that you’ll have these boy-meets-girl vibes nailed. A chill in the air doesn’t always mean cropped is off the card completely, because with a few layers later this bodice-suit combo will have you covered.
