Happiness comes in waves 🌊 This has definitely resonated with me as of late. To varying degrees, we've all experienced shifting moods and the uncomfortable emotions tied to these ups and downs during the pandemic. Some of the self care things I’ve been doing to maintain some normalcy are spending more time in nature, taking long drives, yoga, meditation, journaling and trying to maintain some sort of schedule (key word trying 😂) And since travel has been pretty much canceled, I’ve been exploring more spots locally.
