So I know that's a quote from a song but I'm not sure enough of pop culture to be sure what it's meant to mean here orz

Also, to explain to people who are unfamiliar with Balkan politics:

Republika Srbija = Republic of Serbia = the country that is Serbia Republika Srpska = Serb Republic = a region in Bosnia&Herzegovina that has a higher concentration of ethnic Serbs than the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The country Bosnia and Herzegovina is comprised of two entities: Republika Srpska (Serb Republic) and Federacija Bosne i Hercegovine (Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina). I'm not going to get into why these things are the way they are, it's complicated and messy and controversial and ultimately irrelevant beyond 'I need to explain why the names are so similar.

And in response to Anon, not quite! It's about the aspect ratio! I had to do some digging, but yeah, they are almost identical. Almost.

To start, I was under the impression that the no-crest version had multiple uses, partly due to how it's presented on Wikipedia:

I just wanna say thank you to anyone who has (nicely) given me shit in the past about wrong aspect ratios when I post a game setup pic or upload a stretched out video. I was in the wrong and now I know better and cringe anytime I see the surplus of retro game youtube channels jacking shit up making Dreamcast characters look like laffy taffy. in this case, bigger is NOT better. thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

The 180° Rule:

The 180° rule is a cinematography guideline saying that two characters in a scene should maintain the same left/right relationship to each other. If the camera passes over the invisible line between the two subjects, it is called ‘crossing the line’ and the shot becomes a reverse angle. Reversing the angle is thought to be disorienting and can distract the audience from the intent of the scene.

With more characters, it is common for the line to be reestablished. This is because the 180° line tends to be based on character eye-lines. If the eye-line changes, then the line can also change.

As with most rules, this can be broken and still be effective. But in order to break a rule like this, it is important that you first understand it.
