So I know that's a quote from a song but I'm not sure enough of pop culture to be sure what it's meant to mean here orz
Also, to explain to people who are unfamiliar with Balkan politics:
Republika Srbija = Republic of Serbia = the country that is Serbia Republika Srpska = Serb Republic = a region in Bosnia&Herzegovina that has a higher concentration of ethnic Serbs than the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The country Bosnia and Herzegovina is comprised of two entities: Republika Srpska (Serb Republic) and Federacija Bosne i Hercegovine (Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina). I'm not going to get into why these things are the way they are, it's complicated and messy and controversial and ultimately irrelevant beyond 'I need to explain why the names are so similar.
And in response to Anon, not quite! It's about the aspect ratio! I had to do some digging, but yeah, they are almost identical. Almost.
To start, I was under the impression that the no-crest version had multiple uses, partly due to how it's presented on Wikipedia:

But also I didn't think to double-check because I thought I remembered a different flag when I was in Banja Luka... which is apparently because BL has its own flag, which is not that of Republika Srpska:
