GREEN ASPARAGUS QUICHE with fresh herbs and cheese 🌿 Have you eaten your first asparagus of the year yet? 🌿 I opened the asparagus season yesterday with this green asparagus quiche I added fresh goat cheese and a lot of fresh herbs as well. I loved it. 🌿 RECIPE Quiche dough: 130 g flour 100 g whole grain flour (rye) 1 egg 60 ml olive oil 50 ml water Salt . Quiche filling: 2 bunches of green asparagus 3 eggs 12 cl milk 200 g fresh goat cheese 1 bunch of dill, parsley and chives Chili flakes Salt and pepper 🌿 Mix all ingredients of the dough together. Form a ball and let it rest for 15 min. Cook the asparagus for 5 min in boiling water. Mix eggs, goat cheese, milk, herbs, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Roll the dough to form a circle and place in a quiche pan. Add asparagus and pour the egg mixture.
