Rainy Day Quiches

I love a good quiche, from the buttery pastry to the creamy and flavourful fillings. A quiche makes a dinner (or a lunch, or even a brunch!) and is so satisfying. Especially when it's been raining all day, that you come home a bit soaked and a bit cold, a good quiche is as comforting and heart-warming as it gets, a hug in savoury tart form! Here are a few of my favourite Rainy Day Quiches.

Can't find my old post about it, but reminder that, as we get closer to Easter, a lot of grocery stores will have very cheap (often 99¢/lb) fully cooked spiral sliced ham for sale. That's a lot of easy to use, easy to freeze protein for all my fellow broke pork-consumers out there

I love eggs. fried eggs. omelettes. scrambled. all of then delicious. quiches? deviled eggs?? amazing on all counts. eggs are so versatile too. eat em for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack there is no wrong way to eat eggs. except for boiled.
