Supreme Leader

I restarted Star Wars: The Clone Wars and I heard the Funniest thing. First episode, Assaj speaks to the droids, and in this conversation they call her the Supreme Leader.

This is also what Snoke is called in The Force Awakens, and The Last Jedi. Now I could just be slow on the uptake, but that never clicked until now.
