This might be one of my longest "dead projects" to date. The Star Adder has sat semi-painted on my desk since the Mercenaries KS fulfilled almost exactly 2 years ago, and I decided it had finally been long enough. Not entirely convinced I got down the transitions for the Upsilon scheme but it's good enough and I'm not spending any more time on this

I’m still struggling to come up with original mech designs so for now they’re poorly drafted and playing second fiddle to the humans in the room.

It honestly wasn’t my intention to do any world building when I started doing mech stuff but now that I have I’m dying to run a mech TTRPG

Behold! My Highlander from my latest run of MW5, this bad boy can run up to 120km/h and the great sword hits for a whopping 120 damage. The gauss and PPCX is for anything I can't catch or be bothered to cut in half. Not to mention as much armour as an Atlas.

It still needs a few tweaks like a better great sword and proper TSM, maybe another double heat sink too, but I am having so much fun piloting it in the meantime!!

The STK-8S is such a Powerfully Lyran assault mech. No muss, no fuss 85 ton corn cob delivering PPCs and a heavy gauss slug to battlefields near you. Really please with the colors on this one
