Sup. It’s Thirsty Thursday, y’all. Going Greek for this one. Full nose of lemon curd, whiff of wet beach - sea salt, sea shells, rocks - hint of macadamia nuts, and crisp apple. More sea notes on the palate - sea salt and sea shells with lemon acidity and Granny Smith apples on the finish.
