It’s in his nature to poke his nose into other people’s affairs and to mind his own business would be like a life sentence in prison for the little beast. One couldn’t blame the born-to-be-curious-whelp for following his nose and ending up in a place not fit for him. There were way too many undiscovered paths in this world for him to pass on such alluring scent (which reminded him of flower beds of viscera flowers scattered all around the Otherworld). 

His steps came to a halt when he spotted a person. They’re a little... redder than most of the humans he had met in this world and as they generously shared the red liquid with the world surrounding it, they seemed to be getting increasingly worse. Humans truly were weak if giving away a little bit of themselves could make them so weak. He approached the person, nudged their shoulder with his head and offered one of the many official greetings among the Otherworld’s citizens: “It’s a good day to die.”
