Hi! I’m Kirsten and I probably should have made an intro post for Prim, but oops here’s one for Ruby!

(OLIVIA COOKE , CIS FEMALE , 17 ) have you seen RUBY GORDON around town ?? we call HER  the BOOKWORM around here , and they work as a STUDENT/VOLUNTEER AT LIBRARY. it makes sense , you know . SHE can be CREATIVE and WITTY but pretty SARCASTIC and PRETENTIOUS. word around town is SHE WRITES STORIES BASED ON HER CLASSMATE’S LIVES . but are you  really all that surprised ?? 

Wannabe author. She has like five projects in the works. None of them are finished. She think’s she’s being clever hiding that she’s basing her characters on real people but it’s really not that hard to figure out.

super pretentious about books. She thinks shes better because she reads Faulkner and Tolkien. She really likes shitty young adult fantasy though dont’ let her pretension fool you.

Born in New York City. Misses it like hell. 

Copes with the fact that she has no real friends with heavy amounts of wit and sarcasm.

hey guys, it’s shay again with a new character. my little innocent boy. be warned, it’s a sad one, sort of.

TW DEPRESSION ( FROY GUTIERREZ , MALE , SEVENTEEN ) have you seen DANTE ALVAREZ around town ?? we call HIM the OLD SOUL around here , and they are a HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT . it makes sense , you know HE can be CLEVER and FRIENDLY but pretty INSECURE and NAIVE . word around town is HE SUFFERS FROM DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY BECAUSE HE GETS BULLIED AT SCHOOL. but are you really really all that surprised ??

alright, this is my new baby, Dante. i’ll list a few points so you can get to know him a little better. 

first of all, he’s an alvarez but he isn’t that phased with his family’s background. he just tends to ignore it. 

SECRET: he suffers from depression and anxiety as he gets bullied at school so he’s pretty quiet and insecure whenever he’s surrounded by tons of people. in school it mostly happens in less crowded places so no one has really noticed anything. and dante also just puts on a smile all the time, not letting anyone see what it’s doing to him (there is one person that knows but that’s been plotted out).  he hides it from his family as he doesn’t want to worry them or bother them with his problems. 

personality wise, he’s a total sweetheart. he used to be very outgoing and talkative and social but ever since the bullying began, he turned more to himself and more quiet and definitely more insecure but towards his friends and family he puts on a mask and pretends everything is alright. they might not even see much of a change but at some point it’ll be inevitable

he’s very innocent but at some point he will be corrupted and his personality might change a little (just a head’s up).

this is only a small intro but it are the big lines and i’ll probably add to it once i get things going for him. i’m open to any plots and connections because he could use some friends for sure so hit me up! or like this xD!

ROWAN BLANCHARD , CISFEMALE , 15 ) have you seen IRIS KANE around town ?? we call HER the DREAMER around here , and they work as a STUDENT. it makes sense , you know . SHE can be IMAGINATIVE and OPEN-MINDED but pretty  DETACHED  and UNRELIABLE. word around town is SHE IS NOT FULLY ROYAL. but are you really really all that surprised ??    *Iris’ mother is the sister of the king, her father was a farmer. Her mother went to live with her father a year before Iris was born, sadly the pair died when she was seven months old, Iris was never told exactly how her parents died and she can’t remember them well. After the death of her parents she was taken in by her aunt and uncle who treated her like one of their own children. *Her whole life she’s always loved being outside and even had her own garden back home. *When her adoptive parents died she was devastated  and she didn’t know how to react. She grew to be detached from reality and has trouble relating to other people and how they view the world, which she tries to make up for by offering (bad) advice. *A lot of her time now is spent daydreaming which sometimes causes her to lose track of time.
