and what else can I do to astral project beside using your subliminal
and Thankyou again for replying ❤
Hi, love. Thanks for writing it again.
I have always been able to astral project. The point of making that subliminal was to listen to it before I fell asleep one time and relax my body and keep my mind awake in order to do astral projection. In short, I feel lazy? I’ll use it.
I’ll get to my experience after I mention some things. I’m glad you want to astral project. It’s such a beautiful feeling, and at first, you doubt yourself if you actually are—that is, if you go somewhere you know and have already seen the area. So starting off with someplace you don’t know, for me.. that was ideal and helped me tremendously because before I knew I was astral projecting. I thought I was daydreaming as a kid and wondered why people didn’t have the same experiences as mine.
So, with subliminals. You can do as you please. You can listen to it overnight, one time, 2 times a day, etc. It depends on your beliefs about subliminals. Do whatever you believe in and what you actually feel comfortable with. Don’t push yourself, and go with my belief. And don’t punish yourself if it doesn’t work out in one day.
With what you can do? You can practice meditation every day, if you can. Astral projection, if we shorten it down, is meditation. It’s when your mind is awake and your body is asleep. Your body is getting rest and recharging, so you don’t have to worry about that. And as your mind is aware, your soul detaches itself from it, or in this case, your body. Now, protection is super important for this, but I did add it to my subliminal. Anyways, I would say protection is important (this is my opinion) for bad ghosts or spirits that attaches themselves around you, or when you meet one by accident. You can also do astral projection meditations. I have tried them on myself because I didn’t know what I was doing was already astral projection and wanted to (heard it somewhere without learning about it). And I was wondering why I was going to the same places with it, and I kept saying that’s not astral projection lmao. And I would always believe they didn’t work and gave up on them.
Moving on, I’ll show you the astral projection video I used. You can click the link on these words. You can also use binaural beats or frequencies (based on them) for astral projection, but I’ve never tried it. There is 432 hz in my subliminal, though, but I am referring to frequencies for astral projection. You can also look at Reddit for people’s experiences with this.
If you’re going to practice this. Do be aware, that it takes time for people. You cannot do it instantly, I mean.. I guess you could? Actually, I really don’t know, but I like to see life in a way where things take their time. And then it comes to me when life knows best. Astral projection is a practice, just like a hobby. So baby steps are required, as is patience. A lot of patience and don’t obsess over it. You can also listen to patient and stop obsessing subliminals to help reduce that feeling. And every time you do the practice, you should tell yourself how proud you are of yourself.
Now my experience is awesome since I’ve been doing this since I was a kid. Again, I had no idea what this was, but I would think I was a ghost. And when people talk about them, I’m like, “they’re talking about me!” Of course, as a kid. So for me, I like to relax my body on my bed. Finding the right spot is crucial, and people always say this, and that’s for a reason. I like to ask myself if this spot is truly what I want as I do this. And if not, I rearrange myself as I do it. Once I find that spot, I’ll take deep breaths. We need to relax the body, or else you can’t do it. So I’ll take deep breaths, I don’t count them (a breathing technique. Like 5-6-7. You breathe in for 5 seconds, hold it for 6 seconds, then let go slowly for 7 seconds. You can do this if you like), I make sure I feel that’s enough, and then I’ll let it out slowly. As I feel my body leave its aches, I’ll slow down my breathing and focus my awareness on where I want to go. Mind you, I am still doing the breathing work. As I start to lose the ability to feel my body, I’ll imagine I am going to my designated area and daydream, allowing my body to rest and my mind to stay awake. Then after a while, I’ll feel my soul leave my body (this is just when I can’t hear my present moment and feel like I am floating somewhere) and actually go there when it looks extremely detailed, or if you're starting out, it will look blurry and then detailed (it just depends when you start out). And I truly feel like I am there. That’s when you have astral projected. If you feel excited, you can focus on your breathing again to calm down the nerves so you can travel. Becoming excited or scared can make you stop astral projecting and make you redo it. This is based on experience.
That’s what I do. But now, as for my experience, I’ve gone to simple places. I’ve gone to my childhood village and seen where I would feed this cat. The rural area is still there but slightly damaged by drought. I remember going to a garden (it was a forest, but let's ignore that for my younger self's sake) that was destroyed as a kid, and it was my favorite place because no one would come, and as I astral projected there, I saw the garden turn into a house (people built around the forest area to build a home for a lovely older couple). I remember being so so disappointed because the ''garden',' wasn't there anymore. I also remember traveling to a cafe I used to go to as a kid, and it was still there, but with a different manager. The old manager was very sweet and someone who was so kind to my younger self, and seeing that, it just. It just felt bittersweet. My favorite experience was going to see my grandfather’s house before he passed and seeing how the house is still there—I mean, it’s molding up and disintegrating, but at least it’s still there. Emphasis still there. I still wonder why it’s still there since it’s such an old house lmao. But the decorations and his favorite wooden rocking chair is still there. I was still able to see the stain of a tea cup he always used. He would always put it in the same spot as he told me stories about his life. It was such a heartwarming experience and to see that again, man that was probably what I needed the most when I was leaving something personal.
Thanks for asking, and thank you for letting me share this. I had a lot of fun speaking about something dear to me! :).
