Wooooaah everything’s changing! Astro-time

I’ve decided to come out of my hole of sorts to discuss the major shift in the planets today. Especially today. Right now, it’s super late where I’m at, but I’ve got to act on this inspiration lol. Anyhow, let’s get to it.
So Mercury, Venus, and Mars are changing signs this week. Mars already went into Cancer a couple days ago and today we get a double whammy of personal planets going into their “dignity.” When planets are in dignity, it means they’re in the sign that they rule. For instance, with Venus and Mercury today, Venus is entering Taurus and Mercury is entering Gemini. These two personal planets are going to make things a lot easier while they’re around. They’re not retrograde, so there won’t be backlash to anything pertaining to the qualities of these planets.
For Venus, things like giving yourself a makeover will be fully backed up by this transit because it rules beauty. Venus also rules relationships, especially love relationships. Incorporating a more sensual, more tactile love style could just be what your relationship needs. For some self-love, you might want to get a massage or find a way to treat all of your senses to something nice! Venus in Taurus is a casual comforting energy, so above all, try to relax and stay cozy.
Mercury is back into the raw, fleeting energy of Gemini. You might feel unusually chatty, or even more chatty than usual. Gemini has always had this nervous energy surrounding it. It’s not the same as very as Virgo’s nervousness tends to be because Virgo is usually preoccupied with an issue. This may be a moment where social media may become a bigger part of your life. The most common way of receiving information nowadays seems to be coming from these outlets, and I think during this transit, people may paying even more attention to their phones than usual. I would suggest going into that Venus in Taurus energy for some grounding before you binge on Tumblr. But with Mercury heading into Gemini things start to click for people. This is something that will be very instant, and then you’ll end up moving on to the next topic. It’s super go, go, go. Expect to breeze through some things and even finding a new perspective on an issue.
Now let’s move on into Mars. Mars in Cancer is considered in ancient astrology to be in its “fall.” Now what the hell does this mean? Well, it means that it’s one of the least favorable placements for Mars. Now, I think mars in cancer is just another shade out of the 12 color palette of the zodiac, but I can see why Mars is in it’s fall here. Mars is a ruthless, direct, go-getter. Think of a soldier in battle, right? Now, think of this soldier crying in the battlefield for whatever reason. So, I don’t know about you, but getting emotional in the middle of war isn’t very good. Or safe. Or conducive. But, Mars in Cancer can’t help it. They’re sensitive and emotionally vulnerable.
During the mars transit, you may have to be indirect about what you want or how you go about your goals. You may encounter some emotional confrontations because during this transit people tend to feel much more sensitive than usual. People should avoid emotional manipulation during this time because it will become super ugly. Like Cancer, who wears their heart on their sleeve, emotions will rise to surface and then splatter you with icky stuff. Don’t do it. On the upside though, this is a moment to take initiative regarding your security. What makes you feel safe? How are you being cared for? How are you caring for others? These aspects in your life will come into play during this transit. There might be some home improvement projects at this time as well. So the defense here will be at home, where you can care for family.
So, to me these transits have a lot to do with relationships. ALL kinds of relationships, not just love relationships, so you’ll definitely have to deal with people this week.
