Challenges As a Sagittarius Mercury

Sometimes or a lot of times I find myself having to defend my communication style and other times I get so hard on myself because of it. From a very young age I was always told I was mean because, of how honest and blunt I was. I was never one to sugarcoat my message, I’ve learned of the years that you don’t always have to say what comes to mind and sometimes there is a better way to get your message across. But, I still find myself struggling with my delivery; it’s never quite right. Yesterday I was asked a few different times, why am I always operating from my masculine energy and that really had me thinking… I must be the damn problem & I need to fix it.

But as I continued to reflect (out loud & to myself) I shared that I have a Sagittarius mercury, that is masculine energy along with my rising… that’s just who I am and what’s wrong with being in my “masculine energy”, is it unhealthy/ toxic, am I saying things that are actually mean and hurtful or do you just not liking hearing the truth?!

This rising, I went over my aspects to my mercury and the only difficult aspect is mercury square Jupiter/vesta & asteroid psyche. I’m a very passionate speaker and a lot of people take that passion for aggression & it’s honestly frustrating! I feel so misunderstood (& I think that may be due to mercury trine to Chiron) I’m too loud and too blunt and the only thing I want to be is, to myself. I don’t want to talk to anyone in fear of being told I’m too much or my message is too much and I could have said it nicer.

I’m just going to chalk it up to my deliver and message isn’t for everyone and the ones that are ready for the hard truth will seek it. I just have to learn when to shut the fuck up and stop giving unsolicited advice! That’s by far my biggest problem!

Sometimes I wonder if I’m just avoiding do the work so that I can better communicate with others but my thing is how can I change something that is naturally masculine into something more “feminine” and why would I even want to do that?! Because, just because it’s softer doesn’t make it healthier… masculine doesn’t necessarily mean bad. I feel like as I child I held back on a lot of how I felt or what I had to say because I didn’t want to upset people & now I’m being more vocal and it’s rubbing people the wrong way & I’m trying to figure out if that’s truly my issue or is it theirs?

I want to know if other Sagittarius mercury’s have this problem as well and what has been your experience

Hello. I'm just curious about placements. If for example, a person has a Taurus in one planet or in one house... Is he/she considered to have a Taurus placement? Or does it have to be 2 or more Taurus signs in other planets for it to be considered a placement? Thank you!

the answer to your question is: There only has to be one of the houses or one of the personal planets being in the sign. For example: A person having aries moon has an placement in aries. Even if its just in one house or planet, its still considered as Taurus placement if only one personal planet or one house falls in that sign. Its really that simple! Hope this helped<3
