Very likely an obvious start, but to me, it’s the strongest point in the book. Daisy makes me feel safe, comfortable and happy. Bouncing ideas off her is genuinely so much fun, and I love exploring different ships and dynamics with her. Exploring both the emotional and physical realm of relationship spaces while also coming up with silly little scenarios for them remains to be one of the things to brighten up my day. It feels nice to have someone I can confide in about the shippy stuff I want to do without the attachment of smut being there—not that I hate smut, but to me, it comes so boring to repeatedly do without that relationship growth alongside it. Daisy essentially satiates every writing need I may have, and for that, I’m grateful. Though, I do feel like she sometimes doesn’t realise just how much she does for me. Thank you for being my friend, Daisy Lady~

Oh, Meli. Where do I start with you? The last few weeks have been primarily OOC contact (which I do profusely apologise for) but the time I spend with you is genuinely cherished. You make me feel at ease, like what we are creating together can peacefully remain and the passage of time wouldn’t collapse it. Columbina and Sera are honestly my favourite ship that we’ve created together, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The way the two have grown side by side, the way you’re not afraid to delve into the nastiest parts of angst for them—you’re the real MVP here. I genuinely can’t express just how happy I am whenever I see you on dash, whether it be replying to people or putting out your thoughts. You’re such an interesting person and I can really appreciate the fact that you don’t judge me for functioning like a wooden plank LMAO. I hope we can continue to make beautiful memories together.

Earlier, when you’d pointed out what I’d said about not being obligated to reply to me, it altered my brain chemistry in such a funny way—you make me feel seen and heard, like what I’ve got to say matters to you and you’re not afraid to be attentive in that sense. You’re so beautiful, you know that? You’re the best spouse a person could ask for. I saved the worst of the bunch for last. Just kidding, I have actual nice things to say. Your portrayals of your muses are really sugary to say the least. You’re not afraid to boil them in immense amounts of consideration and even spend most of your time coming up with a new headcanon to birth for them (that’s right, birth for them) to articulate their growth as storyline continues. You truly love to dig your fangs into them, exploring the best and the worst of your men while shamelessly delighting in the factors you consider carefully. We may not write a whole bunch, but my time with you is something I consider important. I have fun with you—specifically I have fun bullying you into tears—while also enjoying the softer moments that sit in between. Character discussions with you also lead to natural enlightenment which is a decent trait to have, nothing too special /j.

"Ah... this must be what people call a lover's quarrel." These two serve as a great reference for her next story — the teasing, the passion, it was simply to good to pass up on!

       “ How long do you think it will take until the Maison Gardiennage introduce a new law on speed limits to the Court of Fontaine in response? ”

       While the days of Lady Furina and her legislative whims were long behind Fontaine, Navia oh so did want to see what the powers-that-be would make of Lighter's new creations once they had the opportunity to give them a spin. But the mischief blooming across her face was not limited to the potential chaos that the two of them could wreak with these new elemental-powered hoverbikes. She'd snuck more than a few peeks into Lighter's work over past days, and most captivating of all hadn't been the machines themselves, but in watching the craftsman at work. Seeing those muscles in his arms move as he tinkered with leftover machine parts, watching him wipe sweat off of his brow, the look of deep concentration on his face...

       She too hadn't been immune to those highly-charged moments between them: idle touches, lingering glances, a distinct lack of personal space that she already would have crossed had their respective positions not stayed her impulsive nature. Being the boss of the Spina had its restrictions, and one of those was in how close she allowed herself to be to her subordinates. Her position was influential and highly sought after. To give anyone the opportunity to question her authority was a chance that Navia simply could not take.

       And yet... she still wanted to fuck that man regardless of any potential consequences.

       That was why her hand reached out to appreciatingly smack his behind... prompting a giddy smile to flourish on her face as Lighter stopped in his tracks and turned to meet her gaze, echoing the rebellious teenager who would often be caught breaking the rules by the elder members of the Spina di Rosula.

       That giddy rush soon turned to a somersault deep in her stomach as Lighter rounded on her, speaking in that low growl that made her weak in the knees.

       But Navia Caspar was not a woman to easily give in, even when the evidence of her rampant desires was plain to see. And so she didn't give him an immediate answer, but let her sly smile speak for her instead.

       “ I'm now just wondering why you built two bikes when we have the option to ride one together instead. ” Navia deliberately let her blue eyes land on the two hoverbikes he had still been fine-tuning prior to her intrusion. “ Do you prefer to ride in front or from behind, monsieur? ”

well   .   .   .   she   did   add   more   fuel   to   the   fire   by   prompting   herself   upon   him   like   she   hadn’t   noticed   until   it   was   brought   to   her   attention,   but   it   was   the   only   way   she   could   brush   this   off   that   wouldn’t   turn   into   hardcore   violence   &   then   get   kafka   to   lock   her   up   in   her   cell   for   the   100th   time.

𝐡𝐢𝐬   𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬   𝐝𝐮𝐠   𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨   𝐡𝐞𝐫   𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞   𝐡𝐞   𝐰𝐚𝐬   𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠   𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬   𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲   after   treating   her   with   a   hard   smack,   a   gesture   that   did   cause   a   reaction   from   her,   at   least   in   the   form   of   her   face   twisting   &   a   bite   to   her   lips.   her   eyes   flicked   sideways   to   see   if   there   were   any   unwanted   eyes   on   them   as   she   shifted   just   enough   to   stabilize   herself,   not   resisting   but   not   really   helping   either.   she   was   glad   that   he   decided   to   speak   up   instead   of   being   a   pig   &   continue   groping   her   like   he   owned   her   or   something   because   that   gave   her   the   means   to   respond   back   &   use   her   words   as   a   means   to   defend   herself.   because   it   wasn’t   as   though   her   body   jolted   just   slightly   at   the   vibrations   of   his   voice   or   the   way   his   face   perfectly   fused   itself   between   her   crack   that   made   her   want   him   to   continue,   so   she   really   needed   a   way   out   before   things   got   complicated.

𝐬𝐡𝐞   𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐝   𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞   𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞,   giving   a   purposeful   grind   &   pushing   an ass   cheek   to   press   against   one   of   his   facial   cheeks   just   to   test   the   waters.   would   he   go   far   with   it?   ⸻   she   was   kind   of   hoping   he   wouldn’t   (   ‘least   not   in   this   zone   )   but   turning   situations   into   games   was   something   she   naturally   came   to   do,   &   if   she   can   somehow   beat   him   to   this   one,   then   landing   on   him   wouldn’t   be   too   much   of   a   hassle   for   her   to   no-scope   360.   silver   wolf   titled   her   head   back   slightly   to   look   at   him   beneath   her,   strands   of   hair   falling   like   periwinkle   rainfall.

truth   be   told,   he   did   look   like   a   pleasing   sight   being   on   the   ground   like   that   with   her   on   top   of   him   ⸻   it   only   further   drilled   the   narrative   that   she   was   top   tier   while   he   was   mid   at   best.
