"Well well, look at all these fresh, new insects that have crawled to my presence." Clay stood high, leaning casually over a rather ornate balcony, near the Central area of the Capitol. He hadn't expected such a number of new faces to crop up, and felt a tinge of curiosity, just thinking how each particular mind worked. Of course, he mentally felt the weight of his switchblade in his pocket, and smirked that much harder, letting himself wink once, in the direction of the small crowd. Many of them looked quite different, even for Capitol folk, and his head unconsciously tilted to one side at the thought. "Now then, who'd like to introduce themselves first? Or shall you be offerings to my curiosity and absolutely insatiable apatite for a good round of 'how long will it take to slaughter in the most painful way imaginable'?"
