✿ アシュレ | Aşure ・イチジク、アプリコットなどのフルーツやナッツ、豆、麦などから作られるお菓子。材料を鍋に入れ、とろみが出るまで甘く煮て作られるお粥のようなもので、特にイスラム暦の1月10日(アシュレの日) に多く食されます。 ・聖書に登場するノアの方舟は、トルコにあるアララト山に漂着したといわれていますが、その時にノア一家が少ない食料をかき集めて最初に作った料理が、このアシュレだったと伝えられています。そのため、アシュレは別名「ノアの箱舟プディング “Noah’s Pudding”」と呼ばれているのです。
