That moment when you've heard one too many taco jokes. Oh yeah, when I'm not playing with toys, sometimes I make food. Quinoa taco salad! Instead of meat, I subbed quinoa steamed with chipotle, sauteed onion, cumin, tomato paste and veg broth. Delightful!
