This small town contains two almost identically designed Roman temples, delicately fashioned from the local basalt stone. The south Temple stems from the Antonine period (151 CE) the second or North Temple (probably dedicated to the Nabataean deity, Theandrites) was built in 211–212 CE.
The southern temple is better preserved, while the northern temple has been incorporated into a modern house and tomb. Both have attractively decorated facades with fine detail.
Closeup of the Greek inscription at Atil, Syria. The inscription dates the construction of the temple to the 14th year of the reign of Antoninius Pius (151 CE).
With over a million classifications from thousands of volunteers at www.supernovasighting.org we manage to discover a Type-1a supernova and publish the result in under 24 hours! You can read the publication at http://www.astronomerstelegram.org/?read=11667. The volunteers who successfully identified the supernova are listed as co-authors. Not bad for an evening’s work!

"Atel.." Faustus smiled at his son as he put together a tray of gentle breakfast foods. "Could you do me a favor and take this to the prince?" The thirteen year old smiled in return, proud to be of service as he nodded and took the tray from his father.
"Of course, sir." His voice was chipper and excited. He loved to help his father work. He turned on his heel and strode delicately all the way to Noctis's guest room at the manor. The visitor was asleep in bed, as he'd been since arriving a few days ago. Atel's smile almost faltered for a moment, but he quickly picked it back up and took the tray to the prince's bedside, setting it down. "Good morning, Prince Noctis.." He said out loud, as if Noct were listening. "It's a wonderful day outside. It'd be wonderful if you woke up today to see it." He looked down at the unconscious 8 year old and stared for a moment before sighing sadly and leaving, wondering how someone so small and fragile is supposed to some day become king of an entire nation.

It had been a few days now since Noctis had awoken and he'd been getting along well with the staff and with Lunafreya. If it weren't for the pain that brought him here, he'd have been having an extraordinary time. But sadly, that wasn't to be as it still hurt to do too much.
One thing that did catch Noctis's attention though was a boy, a bit older than himself, who he kept seeing for brief glimpses around the manor. The boy was always busy, doing small tasks about the manor. And everyone who spoke with him treated him with care and respect, as if he were just as much employed there as they were. And despite all this boy had to do and the fact that Noct never seemed to catch him in a moment of relaxation, he seemed incredibly happy-always smiling and walking lightly but with purpose. It baffled Noctis.
Despite how often they'd cross paths, Noct could never get himself to speak to the boy. He felt.. Intimidated, almost, by how well mannered and productive he was. Often, he couldn't help the thought, that that boy had much more of a princely way of behaving than he himself had. In a way, it boiled Noctis's blood, filling him with a feeling of being bested. And so, he only ever watched and never spoke to the young boy, even when the boy attempted to greet him.

"And see that one?" Faustus smiled at his son, pointing out the window to a constellation in the sky. "That is the Arrow constellation. The arrow is meant to help guide the lost in confusion or indecision." He smiles at Atel. "It seems that lately, you could use some guidance yourself, can't you?" Atel looks at his father in surprise, it smiles softly.
"I'm alright, father. But thank you." The thirteen year old looks to the stars outside the window. "I think.. It's something I have to figure out on my own." He looks to his father again with a smile, but he's met with a terrified expression on Faustus's face. No sooner does he sees this then he hears guns outside and in the halls of the manor. His eyes widen with fear. “Father?"
"Quick." Faustus wastes no time, grabbing Atel by the wrist and practically dragging him to the wardrobe in the corner and ushering him inside. "Stay here until you see an opening to escape. Stay silent. And as soon as you can.. Run."
"But the royal family!" Atel pleads, despite his fear. Ths causes Faustus to tear up just a bit.
"Forget about them. Please for me.. Flee." At that, Faustus shuts the doors to the wardrobe and heads out of the room, acting as if he'd been alone in there the whole time.

The cool morning air washed over a 17 year old Atel as he took his early morning jog to start his day before heading off for training. He had been taking this route every day for a few weeks now, but today he crossed paths with someone new. A young boy, on the heavier side, stopping his own jog with exhaustion. Atel passed him up at first, a bit concerned. After a few feet, he stops with a smile and turns back. He looks at the boy softly.
"Hey. You doing okay?" Looks the boy over to make sure it's just that he's tired out. The boy nods.
"Y-yes. Thank you." The boy looks up at him, smiling through his exhaustion and frustration. "Just a break."
"Great! Mind if I join you?" Atel moves and sits in the grass. "You're doing great, you know. Just getting started with this is hard in itself." The boy looks at him, a bit surprised.
"Yeah." He hesitates, but sits down.
"My names Atel, by the way." Atel smiles and reaches a hand out for him.
"Prompto." He shakes Atel's hand and smiles kindly.
"Perfect. We'll, Prompto. How would you like to start jogging together from now on? I could use the support and it cant hurt for me to do the same for you." Atel smiles widely back at Prompto, who's eyes light up at the offer.
"Okay! Sounds good." He looks at the road, then suddenly gets up again, looking determined. "I'm ready when you are." Atel chuckles a bit and smiles, standing.
