When people try to get me to eat kale, chia seeds, and other *super healthy* food
You can skip this next part if you like healthy food and are happy with your nutrition :-D
I debated talking about this on here because I don’t want you to think that I’m “pushing products” or trying to sell you on crap. The truth is that I care a lot about helping current and former athletes feel healthy, grow stronger, and reach their goals, as sappy and corny as that sounds. And I really do think that you can get there, and I can help. So, I decided that was a stupid debate. Besides, I can’t be the only athlete that wants to eat healthy to supplement my training, but doesn’t like the healthy food our coaches and nutritionists tell us to eat. Kale? Seaweed?? Wheat grass???
I found a nutrition shake that’s natural, full of superfoods (which I’m 90% sure gives us superpowers - that’s how it works, right??). It works for me and for my clients, giving us more energy, healthy fat-loss, and getting my previously-medicated clients off blood pressure and cholesterol meds (INCLUDING MY MOM!! GO MAMA SHE-RA!!!!!).
And more importantly, it doesn’t taste like kale lol
The results I’ve SEEN and FELT make it worth sharing with everyone I can.
Maybe some of you are skeptics like I was towards nutrition shakes - absolutely fair! Most shakes are not things you actually want to be putting into your body. Here's my reasoning.
Why I said no:
1) shakes claim to be healthy, but then they have chemicals in them or chemically-altered substances like sucralose and acesulfame which makes your body very unhappy
2) they call themselves meal replacements when they are only 150 calories - so you lose weight by starving yourself???
3) why not just EAT the food that you are supposed to eat?
Check out this video to see why Shakeology, in particular, changed my mind. And message me with any questions, or if you want to get started!
Tyson Fury Prioritizes Frequent Fights Over Waiting for Joshua Negotiations
“Remaining in peak condition is my goal. I could easily take on 12 bouts. When you’re in shape, ready to compete, and actively fighting, you improve with every match,” expressed Fury.
Fury attributes his improved performance to consistently being active, contrasting with prior long absences from the ring. He noted that his current training regimen seamlessly followed the previous one, allowing…
Devin Haney Dismisses Shakur's Weight Remarks with Video Proof
Recently, Shakur playfully remarked that Haney had been soaking in the bathtub for “a month straight” to make weight, but he also mentioned that this wouldn’t hinder their upcoming bout.
Haney’s video aims to solidify his position. Weighing about 156 pounds well over a month before their scheduled 144-pound match, Haney contends that shedding the extra pounds is manageable, countering critics who…

Veteran trainer Kenny Ellis is confident in Lamont Roach’s technical prowess, asserting that discipline will be the deciding factor in his quest for the WBC lightweight title. This bout has sparked debate since its announcement. Zepeda is known for…
Grip Strength for Athletes: Why It Matters in Every Sport
When most people think about becoming stronger, they focus on bigger muscles.
They train their chest.
Their legs.
Their shoulders.
Their arms.
But they often forget one of the most important parts of the body:
The hands.
Your grip is the connection between your body and almost everything you do.
Whether you’re lifting a barbell, swinging a bat, climbing a rope, throwing a football,…

As a coach, have you ever explained a skill to your athletes only to watch them fumble through it like they’re assembling an IKEA bookshelf without the instructions? (And let’s be real—half of us have done that with actual IKEA furniture, and it never ends well.) Teaching new skills isn’t about dumping all the pieces in front of them and hoping they figure it out. It’s about giving them a…
