Monday's 3 reasons to smile -
1. After a lovely, chilled weekend with a good friend, I feel ready to take on life with a fresh attitude.
2. Finding joy in nature, including the changing seasons and weather.
3. Good food, no matter what restrictions I may need to work around.
I've decided to take a whole new attitude. A new focus.
All round health and well-being.
Starting first thing, with an hour walking. Cold and wet. Meh. Onwards anyway...
Breakfast of mixed seeds, apple, grapefruit, cacao powder and liquorice root.
Coffee with oat milk. I think I'm ok with that. And I think I need to step way back with my over-consumption of coconut in it's different forms.
Then a really good kettlebell workout. That has done me a lot of good!
After lunch settled, I got into my Nike Training programme.
It classifies this as "slow and steady", but it had a bit of cardio along the way.
Another excellent routine from a really great (and free) fitness app. Those are VERY rare!
Lovely food throughout my day, as always.
I feel good. Ready to take on this life with renewed energy!
Lovely morning with my pretty girl. We snuggled in bed after Matt went to work, then had a lovely long walk in the sunshine and she saw her friends on the field and had a good run around with them. Then on the way home we met a red lab puppy called Pebbles 🥹 dried her off at home and came out to work. I have a big old delivery today but it's kind of good, it'll keep me busy but it's manageable so I'm not stressing. All pretty heavy stuff too so it's a good workout today 💪
