Recently, India Women’s National Cricket Team player Saima Thakor visited IISM for an exclusive Media Management evaluation for students learning Athlete Management. The session was not only insightful but also highly engaging. 🤝

Our Sports Management students gained hands-on experience 🙌 in managing press interactions during challenging situations, learning the finer nuances of Athlete Management under pressure. From handling press conferences to confidently addressing media queries, it was a preview of their future roles in the sports industry.

Adding to the experience, the IISM faculty posed hypothetical scenarios, testing the students’ presence of mind. At the same time, Ms. Thakor herself played the role of judge, evaluating their responses and sharing valuable feedback.
