What did I serve from at janhavi's kitchen. It was a no chilli powder day in my kitchen today. I cooked Chawli Chi Sheng (Long Beans) made in fried garlic and green chilli purée blended well with finely chopped onions and grated dry coconut. Doodhi (bottle gourd) cooked in garlic purée, tadka with green chillies, curry leaves, added a pinch of coriander powder and dalchini powder (cinnamon powder). Chicken cooked in onion and tomato concasse, homemade onion and garlic powder. Tadka daal in chilli flakes with ginger-garlic purée simmered in curry leaves. Finely chopped onion and tomato with green chillies, rock salt and lime added to it for Salad.Chapatis, Steamed Rice and Lemon Pickle.
