Listen idk how to start this but if we're sharing Legends moments, I recently can't stop thinking about how in the season 4 finale John, who previously was like "sing alongs can't solve anything" and spent the entire season being a bitter loner went all in on a power of love sing along because there was a chance to bring Nate back.

john in s5 like ray. ray remember how much of a team player i was. remember how i made everyone sing to bring nate back to life. REMEMBER HOW I WENT TO HELL FOR YOU BEFORE NORA DID???? I ALSO SANG LOUDER THAN SHE DID SO REALLY

Anyone care to discuss that the only time we hear Ray call Constantine "Johnny" is when John is dying of lung cancer? Or that it's what Des called him? Or the fucking look John gave him? The weight of that moment is so intense.

Johnny is something that people love to throw at John to keep him off balance if you look through his appearances in other DCU stuff. Sometimes they're genuinely affectionate, which is nice! Good for my boy!

Domestic Life with John Constantine and Ray Palmer Would Involve...

You both end up living in the House of Mystery with Johnny, because it’s easier than trying to find a new apartment or small house after disappearing from the timeline for five years.

Johnny is constantly hounding you two for kisses, and Ray always obliges no matter what he’s doing. Ray is also always looking for excuses for snuggles, and Johnny is less obliging because he’s a hypocrite. 

Johnny can only cook breakfast. Ray can only cook dinner. You’re left to fill in the gaps, while trying to grasp how that works, at all.

More than once, Johnny has had to rescue you or Ray from a harmless but inconvenient magic artifact. Ray, who can push aside the rainclouds no matter how thick they are, thinks they’re neat.

You and Ray become expert hangover managers. Ray gets drunk with Johnny one time and feels too horrible about you having to care for him in the morning to ever go that hard again.

Johnny throws out the first chore chart Ray tries to employ, so you just all lay claim to whatever you want as needed, provided everyone pulls their weight.

Johnny has sworn to make you promise not to tell Ray he asked you to help him set him up a new “science corner” in the House. 

The bed is always warm, though, because you’re always all snuggled together at the end of every day, whether with a movie or just your own company.

I still haven't watched past this ep as I can't handle Rsy leaving!

I adore Constantine so want to watch do am torn.
