Yup, Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter, from Visionary filmmakers Tim Burton and Timur Bekmambetov is as kooky is at sounds, but with a budget of $70M it's also a visual feast - and of course Atomic Arts was there to add its special brand of visual trickery, completing around 40 shots on the movie, and, to quote Visual Effects Producer Ken Wallace "...including some very tricky ones, and they did a great job".

We went to see Atomic Arts perform the Star Trek episode "Trouble with Tribbles" live in Portland. I have never seen Star Trek before (the episode was shown to me just before we went to see this) – but it was pretty fun, nevertheless!

Trek in the Park a live adaptation of a classic STAR TREK episode performed in a park setting. This year (their 5th and final), they performed "The Trouble with Tribbles" at Cathedral Park in St. Johns, Portland, Oregon. I went with my friend Taline (romtorum5ever) and my parents and a great time was had by all. After the excellent performance, Taline and I got some t-shirts, pictures, and autographs! Garret Wang (Ensign Harry Kim from Star Trek Voyager) had a guest role as one of the Red Shirts and we were all so glad he could make it!
