Note their common features: a very wide horizontal neckline, gored bust cups, back lacing, cording rather than boning, and a busk down the center front.
This would be worn over a shift or chemise, made of linen or cotton, and under several petticoats. This post has a bunch more examples and a detailed breakdown, although it’s focused on the later 1820s/1830s. They also have an example of stays with fan lacing, so go look even if that’s later than you need because those are cool.
