Aerith could have done this as well as Leon could have, but??? WELL IN MY INITIAL DRAFTS AERITH COULDN’T HAVE BECAUSE THAT WAS BEFORE A) I DECIDED THEY WERE SIBLINGS B) BEFORE AERITH ALSO WENT ON AN FF8 ADVENTURE,,,, and so by the time this came around I was just, very attached to it being Leon even though it COULD have been Aerith

the “remember when you were possessed” “LEON THAT’S KIND OF AN EMERGENCY???” convo could have gone. a lot of ways lmfao. the way that actually made it in wasn’t my favorite, that was this one:
“ok so I have a friend here who, well, you know how you were possessed by ultimecia” “OH SHIT ARE THEY OKAY HOW RECENT I’M NOT SURE IF I CAN REVERSE POSSESSION BUT LIKE” “no no not that, no, it was a couple months ago, she’s fine, but she’s...”
