UNITY.

Ephesians 4:3,13.

“Making every effort to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.”

“Until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.”

In verse 3, unity is a reality to be maintained. In verse 13, unity is a goal to be attained. The context of both verses is believers…they are to be united. 

If we apply this principle to the family unit, we are either in verse 13, (unity yet to be attained) or verse 3, (unity to be maintained). 

This week, either attain or maintain this spiritual unity in your home. This is the only sure foundation when there are differences in your relational dynamics.
