is there a way to end addiction to attention, validation, reassurance and affection?
i want to heal from it.
i wanna to feel full and complete even when i don’t get the 100% of attention and validation.
I want to, eventually, be able to give myself that attention and validation?
is it possible to stop being addicted to it?
