Omg yes the “is this how fish do it”… Op have you heard about this book called Attis (by Tom Holland) , I think it would make you feel very unwell (in the best way possible), it’s one of my favorite books I would say. If not favorite then a book that has made heavy impressions on me that I just cant stop thinking about even tho it’s been a year since I read it…..you can find a pdf on Anna’s archive it’s out of print SIGH
