Riza might be aro, but that doesn't mean she can't have some fun or appreciate a cute girl when she sees one. And Kelsa is definitely someone she'd find attractive. She'd especially be in love with her style. That jacket, the fingerless gloves? And she pulls them off so well on top of it. Riza just may be taking notes!
I can also see them maybe bonding over their Force-sensitivity? Riza wasn't interested in the path of Jedi nor Sith, but also didn't want the responsibility of a Paladin, so decided to follow her dads' footsteps and be a smuggler. Meeting another Force sensitive who didn't follow a path expected of them would pique her interest. She's also lowkey jealous of Kelsa's Mando armor. She'd think it's SO COOL.
Also. She's Jen and Kitty's daughter. Someone who's lost so much, has horrible luck, and been through hell and back? Be careful or she's gonna try to adopt Kelsa to her crew haha.

Deca would have a lot of respect for Bryala, and with them being so close in age and following similar paths with their respective factions' militaries, that respect could easily turn into stronger feelings. Bryala is strong, and kind, and Deca could see herself willingly following Bryala as a leader. She also unintentionally seems to become attracted to leadership figures lol, so a royal family member? She can also appreciate a pretty face when she sees one - and one who can potentially kick her ass in a spar? Even better!
While Deca isn't a Knight, she did train under the Knights for a few years during her travels. She'd love to learn about Bryala's experiences, both with the Knights, and as a member of the royal family because she fell in love with Zakuul in her time there.
All in all, she'd very much be attracted to Bryala in quite a few ways. Deca's a little rough around the edges like her Uncle Varrich, but Bryala could soften her up.
