both her parents were g2s though so I think that actually makes her a g4, but really after g2 what’s the point

“A dark hand had let go its lifelong hold upon her heart. But she did not feel joy, as she had in the mountains. She put her head down in her arms and cried, and her cheeks were salt and wet. She cried for the waste of her years in bondage to a useless evil. She wept in pain, because she was free.”

Im realizing this is disproportionate so I'll fix it up and edit tomorrow sometime

“you needed to see me!?” Luciellia snarled, more aggressively than she really meant too, but his words were like needle, prickling into her skin. “Why didn’t you send me a letter before you left, something, left something behind to tell me, a-anything to tell me” She sucked in breaths as she spoke, trying to stop the tears, but it was useless. All the slow burning stress and worry of the past months crashed into her at once. Warmth streaked down her face, which only frustrated and embarrassed her more. 

“You just disappeared with no lead for months, and only now you show up needing to see me!? After I had finally come to terms I would never see you again!! What about me-hic-? What if I nee-hic-needed to see you-hic-, what if I thought-” She choked on the forming hiccups and stomped her foot in frustration. She turned away, she couldn’t look at him, it felt too much like looking at a corpse. It had been so long, she had finally given in to the notion he might have died. But he stood there, perfectly alive. She felt Icnoyotl at her side, trying to whisper something, but she couldn’t hear it.  Too much noise in her head, too many emotions vying for dominance.

“It would have been better if you had just stayed disappeared….” She whispered, but by Icnoyotl’s sudden and sharp grip on her shoulder, it must have been loud enough to be heard. She wanted to disappear at this moment. The tears wouldn’t stop, and she hated it.
