so we got dean’s team - (retconning his charizard as mary and is now thusly named impala.  i think it fits better)

hes had most of them for a looong time (impala and john being his longest standing pals) and theyve won plenty of tournaments together

they annually go out for ice cream and beach days bc deans a good trainer and treats the fuck outta his pokemon.  in result tho theyre all very playful and often dont take things seriously (which ends up with his ass getting wiped by sam until he wisens up and actually tries out training)

and then we have sams team,

most of them are relatively new bc giovanni throws rare pokemon at him all the time (bobby and jess are the only life long poke’s hes had) where as the others he got within a few years.  hes recently started tackling through tournaments and acing them without ever swapping out jess.  currently no one knows what other pokemon he has.

he doesnt use the others all that much, however - when hes alone in his room he’ll let them all out and quietly chill with them.  the only other times theyre out of their pokeballs is when sams assured hes alone and is training the hell outta them in the middle of the woods/mountains/ect.  hes also upset lilly refuses to evolve but he deals with her being a permanent creepy child

despite his cold nature with them - theyre all very loyal and protective of him.  especially jess - seriously, she’ll bite ur arms off and beat you with em if u hurt her trainer.

after sam n dean meet at the tournament they face off others until theyre the last two and dean, cocky af, thinks he can totally kick sams ass even tho he never really trains his pokemon.  sam wipes them all out with just jess, resulting in deans butt hurt pride - and dean, being butthurt and prideful, follows sam everywhere and demands to know how he op’ed the fuck out of his dragonite.

after a few weeks of deans pestering, sam snaps and shows him how to actually train his pokemon and not spoil them (and through this weekly meetings of training dean meets the rest of sams team).  through this, dean starts to wear off sam and dean shows sam the wonders of nights out on towns and actually treating his pokemon with things other than ‘cold distance’ and ‘occasional pride’

so sams team grows friendlier with sam and they actually form a better bond (sans bobby and jess who always loved the hell out of sam) and sam starts to crush on dean whos like ‘were poke bffs omg this is gr8′ and sams like.  ‘yes.  friends.  lmao.  kill me’

ive been playin a lot of pokemon lately and thought why not make another au i dont have enough listed somehwere in my google docs - so have some weechesters and their starters

deans got a shiny charmander bc fuk u  bc i thought him having a black charziard was badass - her name is mary and shes a sassy lil thing

sammys got a lil girl dratini named jess who is a quiet protective thing

lmao tho when theyre adults sam takes over team rocket bc im a sucker for evil!sam and a desperate dean tryna save him from being eeevil

The demon paced back and forth, worry heavy on his brow because the one he gave everything for - hisgracehiswingshishome - was late.  What if something happened to him?  Maybe the others discovered Dean hadn’t abandoned his brother, hadn’t left him to rot in hell or earth?  

Maybe they had him captured, tortured, punishing him for treating Sam like maybe he was still worth something.

Maybe he was waiting for Sam to save him - and then here was Sam, failing at that as he failed at -

“You’re not the prettiest when you scowl, ya’ know?”  A cheery voice broke into his not-so-cheery thoughts, and gold eyes met the bright vibrant greens of Dean.  Who was safe, and not harmed, and perfectly fine.

“You are here...”  He muttered, wide eyed, and Dean chuckled at himself, scratching the back of his head.

“Yeah, sorry ‘bout that, there was a hold up and -”

Dean didn’t finish his sentence, Sam pulling him into a desperate hug with the angel still upside down, his own, leathery, feather-less - graceless - wings folding around his brother as well.

“You had me worried.”  Sam mumbled, feeling stupid for the panic still zinging through him and were his shoulders shaking?

Dean just huffed softly, Sam flinching at the sound, ready to pull away but then Dean’s arms encircled his shoulders and head, the angel pressing a soft kiss to Sam’s chin and petting through frazzled brown hair.

“Nothing to fear, Sammy, I’m here, you’re here, and no angel in heaven or demon in hell can stop me from seeing you, ‘kay?”  Dean said, soft and gentle like a parent to a child and Sam curled in closer to Dean.

“I to you.”  Sam muttered, after a few minutes of enjoying the warmth that always gave him such comfort.  Dean pulled away at that, pressing another reassuring kiss to Sam’s forehead before coming to land on his feet, stretching his wings out and grinning.

“Alright, ‘nough of this corny shit, let’s go see a movie.”
