In My Little Boys (MLB) AU The Six was created to keep the harmony in Equestria
Unlike The Six, she never had opportunity to get her cutiemark. Even though she was Celestia's student, and even though Twilight saves the world a lot, she never understood what the core of friendship is. Her relationship with others is strained, built not on trust and understanding, but on fear and authority.
Twilight is a princess of friendship, but it doesn't hold any official power. Merely a brand name. She's nothing more but Celestia's favourite and strongest element of harmony.
(Lingo for "supe" is "element" in this AU)
Twilight struggles with self-image of not being a real princess and being annoyed at how useless friendship seems to her. If she's so powerful, why would she need help of those lesser than her? She's stronger than six of them combined!
