Thought I may have posted this one before, but it was probably just on Twitter, so repost! Made it back in 2023, my only contribution to Narumitsu week ever lol
I think the day was for "formal", and I saw these two suits that I thought would be perfect for them
Especially cause of the brooch on the blue one! I changed the anchor for the scales of justice in it even lol

An old shitpost I drew back in 2021 and I don’t ship narumitsu anymore but I think this was so funny so I had to post it.
It's actually pretty hilarious how Phoenix and Miles define each other as ‘my childhood friend’ or ‘my best friend since childhood’ because that makes it sound like they’ve been in a continuous friendship lasting from their childhood to the modern day. You know, like, ‘oh, if you’ve known each other since the 4th grade until today, that’s like 15 years of friendship. Obviously you know each other well!’.
But they actually mean that they were friends for a couple months through 4th grade, didn’t see each other for 15 years and then re-met during adulthood. But they still call each other a ‘childhood friend’ and act like it because these few months of 4th grade were legitimate unironically life-changing for them and it still led them to know the other so deeply and they’ve been thinking of the other as their best friend even when they didn’t think they’ll ever see each other again and that mean they still act as if they’ve known each other continuously for 15+ years and -muffled screaming into my pillow-

I know nrmts is always like basically canon and this is the game that gave us yes daddy but this feels like hand of the author canonising. It does. It feels like I just found matching wedding rings in their concept art.
