woohoo it’s au hour!! Tonight’s au is GlamMike Foxy!!

so pretty much the idea here is that Michael possessed glamrock foxy and lives in the basement.

Instead of still being alive after the whole ennard thing, he wandered around as a ghost till one day he got too close to an un-possessed animatronic and got violently sucked into it like a vacuum.

Glamrock Foxy was pretty beat up, and Mike was lucky it still even moved. He had been decommissioned for a long time due to “aggression”. Mike snuck around and got some parts to fix himself up the best he could.

Mike tries to stay away from the other animatronics, but sometimes he’ll run into Monty or something, and will use his grappling hook to get away.

He lived in the basement for the most part, and sometimes travels upstairs in the night for parts and to freak the night guard out.

Lol the group wouldn’t fall apart and a lot of people would still be alive if Ben was there instead of Kenny. Let’s be real, the group started falling apart cause Kenny kept picking fights with everyone and putting people in danger. Luke, Nick, Sarah, AJ, Clementine, and Ben would be the survivors of the season, I don’t think there would be as many casualties this time around. They wouldn’t get into Wellington for sure, but would go off and do their own thing instead. They wouldn’t join the new frontier seeing as they’re not that desperate, but they might join another community nearby and end up running into Javier and helping him out

I totally agree. The whole reason Mike, Bonnie, and Arvo ditched the group the way they did was because they couldn't stand to be around Kenny, though they're still shitty for taking everything and leaving the children with the man they wanted to get rid of, so eh good riddance. But if Ben were around, I don't think they would've felt so desperate to break away.

Plus, the whole reason they were going to Wellington was Kenny. Everyone else wanted to go somewhere warmer or to go back to Howe's after all the bullshit to get baby formula for AJ, which is something I could see Ben getting on board with.

They could've been a group of people trying to help each other and survive, a group looking after a baby and all this. Ben could've grown as a person, became stronger, and learned from his mistakes... looking after Clementine, and then Sarah after Carlos dies, and doing what he can to keep them safe.

I'm tellin' you, Ben could've done a turnaround after S1. S1 was his beginning where he's a dumb kid who does dumb things, gets people killed, suffers with a lot of guilt and doubt... who survives this terrible fall and decides he's going to be better and does the best he can.

Also, love the I love the idea of this whole group meeting Javi and the Garcia's.... would've made for a more fun ANF, that's for sure....

So what would have happened if Arthur never died ten years prior to the story? What if the Millennium fiasco happened while he was still alive? What if he died during it and the whole inheritance debacle with Richard and Integra went on amidst all the other chaos of the series?

The thought of a slow burn, best friends to lovers clouis makes my heart go 💓💞💕💘💖 literally the most wholesome au

It really is, though!

Like okay, I love the clouis romance in the game. I've gone on and on about it is hundreds of posts on this blog.... but if this game was longer with more time to give us the option of a slow burn romance with Louis, I would be there.

Think about it.... Clementine and Louis spent a lot of time together, becoming friends and feelings start to develop. All the shit with Marlon goes down, everything is complicated and everything hurts, but in the end, they end up making up and becoming friends again.

They end up becoming best friends after Clementine spends time with him in the music room and saves him from getting taken away by the raiders, and together they work with the others to take down the boat and save their friends.... and there are these little moments between them-- standing closer than usual, staring a little longer than they should, hands that seem to brush too often to be accidents, smiling at each other and laughing at inside jokes, sitting together and enjoying the silent company they bring each other...

They make it onto the boat, go through that whole bullshit, and find each other on the beach, relieved to know they're okay... and Clementine gets the urge to kiss him, but doesn't. It's not the time for it... there's never a time for it, it seems.

Then they get separated after the grenade goes off... Clementine goes her thing in the caves, and Louis leaves to go looking for her, AJ, and Tenn... and he finds them.

Everything's totally okay now... Louis found them alive and uninjured, he and Clementine hug and she finally decides better now than never, and as they're walking back and talking about their dream home, Clementine reaches over and grabs his hand and finally tells him that she wants more and she's wondering if he does, too and just..... aaahhhhhhh~

Give me the slow burn, mutual pining, many feels, best friends to lovers clouis❤️

To prove his loyalty to Clem and the kids, he has to have his mullet

[I'm going to assume you meant "shave" because pffttt--]

....I'm just imagining Marlon sitting there like, "no guys listen yeah I did bad but you can trust me I just wanna help!" when they're trying to decide what to do with him, so he finally gives up and he's says he'll shave his head.... which finally gets everyone to stop arguing and listen to him.

Not even an hour later, Marlon is dying on the inside as all of his luscious mullet falls around him.... but he's done it.... he's proved his loyalty... proved that he'd sacrifice everything for them...

Might I bring up some angst: they get in an argument about the ethics of Murder Child being a Murder Baby and one of em says something along the lines of "I'm worried because I love you", gets real quiet, and runs off for a moment to process "shit that was NOT what I meant to say"

And this can be taken both ways, a romantic confession or simply friends being worried for each other.

oooohhhh the heated confession that wasn't meant to happen.... I can get into that.

Like the "I'm worried because I love you" thing sounds like something Louis would say after everything that happened with Marlon and after AJ shot Tenn to save him, and they're arguing about that whole situation while Clementine is recovering in bed and Louis just kinda blurts that out.... only to just stand there like "....that's not what I meant to say oops shit shit shit think Louis think say something!!"

Except he just turns right around and leaves... and like, Clem can't got after him because she's recovering from her leg so she just sits there with the words "I'm worried because I love you" repeating in her head over and over again. Did he meant it in a romantic way, or was he just saying he loves her as a friend?? Why did he run away if it was friendly??

Then when Louis doesn't come to visit her for a while because he's embarrassed, Clem confides in Ruby what happened and Ruby is like "Y'all dumbasses work yer shit out!" before locking Louis in the room with Clementine.

And they do work it out, of course.

Random take: Ben now all grown up sees himself in Nick and helps him to atone for the mistakes he had done. The two of them bond and Nick finally feels that there is someone who actually understands him since even Luke has doubts about him. Since Kenny is not present I have a hard time picturing the confict but if Luke and Ben dissagree at some point Nick would question himself if he wants to support Luke for their friendship or Ben because he actually believes in his ideals.

I love this idea. I could see them initially butting heads because Nick comes off kinda strong when we first meet him, but then later he comes back once he's calmed down like "hey, I'm sorry for being a jerk."

They both got a lot of mistakes under their respective belts, but I could definitely see them bonding over time because they can relate to one another.

Plus, assuming that Nick doesn't die a dumb death, it would be interesting to see Nick have this inner conflict between Luke and Ben if the two start to disagree, even if just over small matters.

If Ben was in S2 instead of Kenny, things would go down in Carvers camp a whole lot different. Depending on how much Ben’s grown since S1, would he take the blame for the walkie talkies? Or would someone else take the fall? I can’t begin to imagine Clem losing an eye over the radios.

Speaking of Carver, he’d definitely still be alive and hunting down the group after Howe’s falls to take AJ back, since Kenny won’t be there to bash his face in and Ben definitely wouldn’t be one to do that. No Russian group, just Carver and the rest of his gang trying to steal AJ and get revenge. This AU opens up a lot of possibilities

It really does change a lot, huh?

Because yeah, they're all locked up at Howe's and still trying to figure out how to escape, but that's the thing-- Ben isn't as aggressive as Kenny. We talked about how the radio situation would play out with Ben there over on discord, and came to the conclusion that Clementine wouldn't even be the one to end up with the walkie, Mike would.

Kenny was the one who pushed and forced Clementine to take the walkie, so she didn't have a choice but to hold on to it until Carver called for it. Mike was over here wanting to do it and didn't understand why Kenny wanted Clem to, so if Ben isn't forcing Clem to do it, they're letting Mike.

Of course, that means it's up to Mike whether he's honest about the walkie or not, and how Carver reacts depends on how he feels about Mike. He didn't like Kenny and all the shit he pulled, so getting called a fucker by him is probably what really set Carver off.

So yeah, I don't think Clem or Ben or anyone is losing an eye in this situation, and I don't think Ben would be here bashing Carver's face in... Hell, Carver might just get shot by Rebecca or something [Kenny was the one who shot him at all, remember?] and then they leave him.... but he's not dead and he can continue to be our antagonist.

He could be tracking them down the entire time, which forces them to constantly be on the move, even though Rebecca is in labor/just had a baby.

So yeah... Ben being there instead completely changes everything.
