I mean maybe you were thinking of those old DD commercials; “Time to MAKE the donuts?” My brain likes to throw that one out at me randomly.
Much later this morning this crossed my mind. Perhaps the commercial is that deeply ingrained (i know several McDonald’s ones are). It made me giggle at the time because the word in my head was clearly ‘grownup’ and calling myself a donut wasn’t a terrible way to start the day.

The other day I said ‘why is this printer so slow??’ Toaster. I was using the toaster.
This made me giggle. I can see that happening too. It’s just a good thing you weren’t waiting for the toaster to give you a printout. :)
