ghost who everyone thinks is creepy because he always uses prolonged eye contact in conversations and can go for insane periods without blinking and soap who everyone thinks is rude/not interested in the conversation because he can't make eye contact and is constantly fidgeting

Soap as a kid had a special interest in dinosaurs. I cannot tell you why. I think even as an adult he still loves them and sometimes he will sit with Ghost and ramble about them for hours, talking about dinosaurs that would have lived in the country they're currently based in, telling Ghost things like what they would have eaten, how the environment has changed since then and interesting tidbits of trivia. Ghost listens intently, not able to keep up with the names and years, but fascinated regardless, in love with the warmth in Soap's face and the huge grin he wears. As a present one year, he gives Soap a small knife that has been made to replicate the tooth of a spinosaurus, one of Soap's favourite dinosaurs. Soap treasures it.
