EXERCISE 2

Write down a desire.

Create a sigil by omitting repeated letters, and then arranging the remainder into an arbitrary, abstract glyph.

Masturbate.

At the point of orgasm, visualize the sigil.

Forget about it.

Record the result in your diary.

Desire: The hair dye I help [friend] with later today goes well

Sigil: It’s some tones based on the letters. Removed vowels and repeating letters, total length abt 2.5 seconds

Result: Later today!

I ended up having the sound play on repeat in the background while i masturbated. I was worried about getting distracted and not concentrating on it. I definitely feel like i concentrated well on the sound

Now randomly create, using your imagination, an abstract glyph.

Decide that the glyph represents that statement. You have a sigil.

Go and 'charge' it, and wait for the result.

Record the outcome.

so ive always been a bit wary of the “you forget the intent of your sigil as you make it” line but i just made an audio sigil (i have aphantasia, so theres a high chance concentrating on a visual thing to empower a sigil wont work for me) and I completely forgot my original intent. neat!
