12: damn, this is hard to answer!! I guess I gotta go with the obvious answer and say Lan WangJi. I mean, he barely talks, he shows no emotion, and he might as well be carved from jade. From a writing perspective, what’s not to love?? Just look at how exciting and dynamic he is:

21. DAMN also really hard to answer!!!! I have been literally blessed (GET IT) with commenters for my WIP, The Price of Old Wishes. I could not possibly pick just one; they all have me laughing and keysmashing in glee. Honestly I was feeling so unmotivated at the beginning of the year, and the comments I’ve gotten have re-ignited my passion. So I can’t pick just one! However, I do want to give a shout to hartwig_n, who translated one of my shorter fics, Hold Truth to the Light, into Russian!

My cat's front paws were declawed by a previous owner, but sometimes she still scratches at furniture like other cats I've known whose front claws are intact. She doesn't do it when her food/water bowls are empty, and she doesn't seem to use it as an indicator that she wants attention. I'm not sure what other purpose it might serve?

It’s entirely possible she’s going through the motions of a behavior she’s still got the inherent need to fulfill (scratching / sharpening claws) even though she doesn’t have the ability to engage in it fully anymore.
