Season 4 Theory ( based on a dream I had and setlock clues)
So I had a dream about Sherlock Season 4. There was this medical trial going on (someplace foreign), not sure exactly where though. The trial was know as SHARK.
Patients with various illness signed up for the trial with the hopes of being cured. However, it doesn’t take long for them to realize that they were tricked. They are actually lab rats being used indiscriminately in the pursuit of biological warfare! Some die and others are maimed.
The lab and the doctors “disappear” before the police could investigate. It turns into a cold case.
However, one patient wants revenge! One day a mysterious stranger visits a former patient with info about SHARK. The patient was told that the person behind the horrendous medical trial was Sherlock Holmes, who was looking for a cure for his drug addiction.
The person really responsible for SHARK, and for setting up Sherlock, was Culverton Smith. And the reason Smith needed to frame Sherlock because Sherlock found out that Smith is behind SHARK.
One of the patients of SHARK was from England. She flew to this forgein place to be part of the drug trail, only to return to England and die a few days later.
Sherlock is brought in on the case and the clues all lead to business mogul Culverton Smith. Culverton has a reality show in which he and others go undercover to investigate business to see if they are legit or illegal. He can’t be caught in illegal activity himself!
Smith doesn’t want to go to jail so he finds one of the patients of SHARK, and sets him on a quest for revenge. Getting one of his thugs to tell the patient it was Sherlock who was responsible for SHARK. He wanted a cure for his drug addiction.
The patient eventually hunts down Sherlock. The patient then injects Sherlock with a syringe that the patient has used on his own body, and is therefore injected Sherlock with the new disease (product of SHARK)
Not long after the patient of SHARK dies.
Smith brings Sherlock to the morgue to show him what the new disease had done to the patient. Sherlock is horrified to know that he will die in the same way!
However, Smith has a secret. SHARK wasn’t only a medical test to create horrible diseases, but amazing cures. A super drug that is still in its trial run.
Now that Sherlock is ill and dying he can’t turn Smith into the police, because Smith is the only one who is working on the cure for what is killing Sherlock.
However, Culverton promises to cure Sherlock on one condition: Dr. John Watson has to join the medical team for SHARK.
John agrees because he doesn’t want Sherlock to die.
Smith knows now that John is on the medical team, and involved in illegal activity, Sherlock will never go to the police about SHARK.
There are several millionaire test subjects who sign up for the trial cure. They don’t all have the same disease, but they want to be cured of what making them sick.
The cure is eventually found. All seems good. Until a few days later the door too 221 B bursts open. The police are there with Smith and a camera crew. Sherlock and doctor Watson are arrested for conducting illegal medical experiments.
Smith makes it look like he was investigating Sherlock and John all along, and that they were responsible for SHARK.

So yeah I dreamt of a bunch of maimed people running around trying to stab Sherlock with syringes! I woke up with the feeling of dread in my bones and then I hallucinated that I giant moth was flying around my room and that’s when I new I took too much sleeping meds. So yeah…
