#augustabschallenge Totalling up from work since my last post for the challenge. Had a lot of lower back pain & tight hamstrings so extra work had been limited Mountain climbers 150 Burpees 101 Squat thrusters 36 core twist 40 G2OH plate 55 GHD sit ups 90 472 reps 8541/1500 54/120 min Need a big push to finish this but away on a holiday next week 😁
