Garret is currently in 12th grade and is soon to graduate and enter college. Although with the good grades that she gets, she's currently an irregular student due to shifting of strands - causing to miss certain subjects. She's currently trying to raise money for her subjects (which costs 300+ US dollars per subject) which will enable her to graduate. Although she studies with her parents' support, it worries her that carrying loads of units alone may cost a lot which she thinks may bring burden to her parents. To be on the graduation means a lot to Garret as it is a stepping stone to repay her parents' hard work and love. Garret excels in digital art, traditional art, writing, and in photography, particularly photojournalism. She entered various journalism competitions throughout her JHS years. One of the awards that she has won is earning the 2nd place in English Journalism for DSPC which proceeded to the Regionals level. * Donations that exceeds after $2,000 will go to Home for the Aged/charity to repay everyone's kindness.

even when things get rough and you can no longer see the light, even when your heart shatters-promise me to hold on to faith. and i’ll promise you the pain is worth the growth and the lesson.- sometimes God lets us feel pain for Him to answer our prayers, for us to remember to be closer to Him & to the people who love you. - self-love doesn’t come easy, it isn’t always about getting your nails done or treating yourself face masks, etc. sometimes we go back and forth between the pain and the growth, sometimes we question our growth before we actually get there.
