Okay so now with the confirmation of the twoCiels! Theory! People are now saying Madam Red and ourCiel were never actually close since she could never tell the difference. However, I for one think its quite the opposite! I believe that Madam Red knew from the start ourCiel wasnt the realCiel but went along with it just to save more heartache and confusion. Firstly, theres evidence within her dialogue about the obvious personality change in Ciel, but also I have to mention how she tells us readers that ourCiel resembles her sister a lot. Vincent once said (speaking about ourCiel) favors Rachel more while the realCiel favors him. Given that, Madam Red had to have known and honestly probably didnt care because I believe her and ourCiel were closer anyway. OurCiel was sick as a child, being diagnosed by Madam herself, and you know who else was also sick with poor health at a young age? Thats right Rachel! Her beloved sister! Naturally she would gravitate toward the Ciel who was just like her sister. I believe deep down these both knew the other knew! But didnt care because at least they had each other! Until of course Madams demise which ourCiel went out of his way to dramatically interrupt the ceremony to express his love and admiration for her! Those two were close! Their relationship was strong and real! And be real we all cried in pain watching the beautiful funeral scene! Farewell Madam
There are a lot of great and funny lines in Gentleman Jack (god bless those amazing writers). By far, though, I think the most underrated and under appreciated one is Aunt Ann’s panicked and outraged, “But, Jeremy, he makes carpets!”
So full of mixed emotions today. I was so excited because my son and his family will be in town and having dinner with us tonight...then I found out that my favorite aunt, whom I love so much, daddy's little sister, who taught me to sew when I was 12 and kept me safe when my mom was having issues, died this morning. This day will be hard.
Dreamed I went running with Aunt Ann and that she and Uncle Tom were remodeling their house. They were going to split it down the middle and insert a section with cathedral ceilings.
I also dreamed that I tried to rent a house but they told me I couldn’t unless I gave up the lease on my car.
My aunt just announced that she would love tickets to a one direction concert. Just another reason I don't like her.
For what was lost will never be regained.
