Not much to report today. Bear and I left Basecamp for the weekend to visit family. Country road walks with auntie seemed the best way to end our long travel day

Best part of this Thanksgiving, honestly? Spending over half an hour chillin’ in my 12 year old nephew’s absolute tornado aftermath of a room listening to him tell me about every single animal he had collected (and their names, details, etc) in Animal Crossing.

And I wouldn’t have it any other way. 💜

Nephew: *reads tap handles at concession stand* How about a Bud light?

Me: I’m a bit picky about my beer selection.

Nephew: Oh, maybe that place that says craft beer?

Me: That would be better but really, I’m alright, thanks.

Nephew: Okay, but you might not get another chance.

Me and my nephew accidentally matched, today. He thought it was the coolest thing ever and asked to take selfies with me. I did not skip a beat when he asked me. ❤️👯‍♂️
