24) My flat is such a mess, I say I am going to tidy it every day but I never do. I only actually tidy it when my host mum asks if she can come round to go into the loft.
23) My host dad is really annoying, but that doesn't affect my work so I'm just trying to ignore it.
22) I’m not an emotional or affectionate person so when the host kids want hugs/kisses it’s hard to adapt to being more affectionate and the host mum commented on it tonight.
21) When searching for a new family, I try and avoid families with good lucking host dads as I don’t want them too put me off work.
20) Trying to remember why I want a rematch gets hard when I have good moments but I need to remember that this is not how an au pair should be treated and there are so more better families out there!
19) I’m just not emotionally attached or involved with the older two host children. The youngest one I am more slightly. Tonight the middle one phoned home as he is at his grandma’s, everyone rushed around to speak too him and I just carried on working so I could leave.
18) Tonight I was asked if I wanted a herbal tea, normally at night we all drink a herbal tea together and relax while the kids are in bed. Tonight I declined and asked if it was okay to leave seen as I finished all my jobs as I saw the host mum bitching about me and now I just don’t want to be around them.
