Last night's face off between 2 #Barolo 2004, #PoderiColla #Bussia #DardiLeRose & #AurelioSettimo #Rocche Riserva: both were excellent. But Poderi Colla was more youthful, with astounding energy. At 13.5% it was impeccably balanced: tannic backbone, bright acidity, dried fruit.
