We went to the Windsor Hotel for high tea and it was so fun. The food was delicious, and the tea selection was crazy. You also get some champagne but I can’t drink much so I didn’t take advantage of that.

Everything tasted so delicious and I especially loved the biscuits with the jam and whipped cream. Always a favorite of mine. I’m a sucker for the savoury items.

Definitely recommend for a fun girls trip.

This day we of course went to a new cafe to try out while we returned the car. The interior was cool but the cafe was just okay. Does the job.

We went to a different mall and tried another banh mi, trying to get the same hit from the crackling pork roll like the one from the Gold Coast but it didn’t work. Cool to see a food court Vietnamese place at the time.

We also go this rice bowl from a Japanese place but it was super mediocre. Not a good day for food this day.

For dinner we met up with a friend in Melbourne and went down this street that was full of restaurants. It was a really busy street and it was so cool. We went to an Italian restaurant called Max. I will say I think we got hustled in by the guy working there trying to fill up seats hahah but the food was still good. It was a shame though, there was so much leftovers and we ended up having to dump it as we couldn’t eat it before we left Melbourne.

I remember the lasagna being particularly good.

Really cool experience and it felt like a different place altogether.

For dinner we went to the CBD (central business district????) mall and checked out Din Tai Fung which is the popular dumpling chain spot.

I remember really liking the chili wontons and noodles were good but idk if I care to try again and probably would want to try a local place instead.

We also spotted a burger place and we shared a combo. Wish I got a pic of the burger itself but it was probably bomb.
