Be able to draw?????? It’d be nicer if you’re actually confident in your drawings. If you tell us “oh i think I'm kinda good sometimes” it won’t really make us want you because you have to KNOW that you’re good and we’ll be like “heck yeha I'm convinced”.. so bE CONFIDENT IN YOURSELF AND TELL US YES I CAN FRICKIN DRAW FRICKIN AWESOMELY. also be sure that u actually want to be part of this
HAVE AN ART TAG OR AN ONLINE PORTFOLIO THING that we can look at. it’s easier rather than tagging us in just one drawing so we know how you draw and stuff.
um be an active blogger and be willing to do the tutorials i guess
it might be easier if you draw digitally.... but if you don't i guess you’re pictures have to be hq

NOTE: try not to consider other people for us???? like what if they don’t want to join?? i mean I'm not saying its not ok but yeah make sure they want to join or something or tell them to ask us instead of you asking for them if that makes sense

BTW this is v v important: if you don't get picked please PLEASE do not be upset. just because we don’t pick you it doesn't mean that you’re not good at drawing. maybe its just because you’re style isn't what we’re looking for etc. we don't want that to bring down your confidence in your drawings. ok? ok.
